Model of the residential complex "Verno"

SITUATION:
The customer is preparing to start construction of a new residential area. Sales start.

TASK:
To show potential buyers the complex urban environment of low-rise buildings, which will be formed after the realization of the project.

SOLUTION:
Model in 1:300 scale for the sales office.

This is the second model we made for 4D Development from Tyumen. The model was necessary for the sales office to show potential buyers how the environment, landscaping, and architecture of the VERNO quarter will look like after construction is completed.

We offered the customer several options for the arrangement of the sub-model, configuration, and scale of the model. As a result, we agreed 1:300 scale as the most suitable in dimensions, detail and cost of work.

After the dimensions and scale was agreed, we developed a 3D project of the model. Some details - landscaping in the yard, trees, lanterns, and cars - were not displayed on the project in order to optimize the development of a 3D model.

Assembling projects at a scale smaller than 1:200 is quite difficult due to the small size of the elements. However, this makes the production process more interesting. The dimensions of some elements of the model can be seen on the photo.
