SITUATION:
An architectural company is preparing to present to the customer a project for a Technopark adjacent to the historical building of the Wine Monopoly.
TASK:
Obtain approval of the design by the customer, the city authorities, the service for the protection of architectural monuments.
SOLUTION:
Mobile layout in 1:200 scale.
Technopark "Smart City" is a new project of USC "Sibiryak". It will become the heart of the residential area "Novoostrovsky", planned on the site of the former workshops of the Combine Plant. This is a scientific and technological base with a total area of 26.1 hectares, most of which is for rent. The Technopark is adjacent to the historical building of the Wine Monopoly, a protected architectural monument.
It is also planned to give the technopark the role of the "brain" to test the "smart city" system, which is planned to be scaled to the entire "Novoostrovsky".
The project is in the initial stage, and it will not only have a heated discussion in the professional environment and society, but also needs coordination with various authorities. We assumed that the model would be transported frequently, so we proposed a mobile form factor. Such a model can be brought to the presentation even in a car.

The illumination of the model is made in the form of a foggy internal space that shimmers from color to color. The viewer sees that there are people inside, techno-light shimmers, but does not see a specific action or process. The whole attention is focused on the neighborhood of a technological building-computer and an architectural monument, the facades of which are equally divided by blades, between which arched windows are placed.
