SITUATION:
The company "Projectdevelopment" is starting to develop working documentation for a residential complex. Carrying out the comprehensive work, the architects decide to prepare a model of the residential complex for the developer's sales office.

TASK:
To demonstrate the architecture and environment of a premium residential complex after the implementation of the project.

SOLUTION:
Detailed layout at 1:100 scale.

The model of the residential complex "Novoostrovsky" was released as one of the first illustrative materials, which demonstrates the architecture, design solutions in a large-scale and significant project for modern Krasnoyarsk - the redevelopment of the territory of the Combine Plant.

The layout is made at 1:100 scale. Detalization includes the interiors of some apartments, individual landscaping, car headlights, diverse landscaping of several types, landscaping of the terraces of residential apartments.

The lighting in the complex changes according to a special program, imitating people coming and going from the apartments.
