SITUATION: The customer has a contract for the development of a residential complex project. There is a model as a part of the work.
OBJECTIVE (based on the final use of the model): Work with the objections of potential buyers in the sales office regarding the points of stress of the project, demonstration of the advanced architecture of the complex, its improvement and infrastructure after the realization of the project.
SOLUTION: Architectural model of the complex in 1:200 scale.
Our long-term partners, the «A2» design company, turned to us to make a model. At that time the design of the complex was at the final stage.
The form-factor was agreed on the sketches from the first attempt. A model for a sales office is rather typical task, but, like everywhere else, there are some nuances. In this case, it was a pedestrian bridge across Oktyabrskaya Street, which connects the complex with the park of the 400th anniversary of Krasnoyarsk, a public transport stop and Siberia International Exhibition Center. It’s absence in the project or on the model could become a serious objection when communicating with potential buyers of real estate in the complex.
We have developed a model project, agreeing it without significant comments. We have several professional architects in our team, thus communication with architect clients is smooth and productive.
During the realization of the project, the plans changed: the design of the landscaping of the yard and the roof was changed. For that moment, these details were already installed on the model. We made changes to the model design, agreed them with the architects from A2, dismantled old canopies and furniture from the model and installed new ones.
