SITUATION:
Kovrovskiye Boilers is preparing for an exhibition of industrial equipment.

TASK:
To make in two weeks a visual aid explaining the principle of operation of innovative equipment.

SOLUTION:
Model of industrial equipment in two assembly stages.

Representatives of the customer decided to participate in the exhibition 15-16 days before its started, and there was no time left for the production of a highly detailed model. We proposed to make the model in two stages: before the exhibition, turn it into a 3D scheme as much as possible, and after that, add small details, effects, and present finished model at the next event.

The form factor was chosen taking into account the usage and decided to make the model. The development of the first stage of a full-fledged project was optimized in agreement with the customer, which was actually carried out based on production models for 3D printing.

We made and installed the model right on time.

At the second stage, we developed a full-fledged project: we added transparent walls of the boiler room around the equipment, service platforms, fine detailing, a quarter section of one of the boilers and sawdust burning inside. We coordinated these works with the customer and carried out the reconstruction of the model.
