Cottage village "Andreevsky Park"
SITUATION:
The developer starts the implementation of a large-scale cottage village in the Moscow region.
TASK:
To show potential buyers the environment of the village after the implementation of the project, its planning structure, and demonstrate in detail the architecture of the cottages.
SOLUTION:
Model of a cottage village with an enlarged scale of houses in relation to the general plan.
More than 130 English-style houses, which should be produced in 1:500 scale. The dimensions of the model turned out to be impressive: 2.7 meters by 1.4 meters. We created a 3D model of the future product, which reflected all complexity of manufacturing process. The size and detalization of the houses were checked on samples.
During the manufacturing process the scale of the houses was increased relatively to the scale of the master plan. It took 2.5 months for the entire process of designing, manufacturing, and assembling the model, including the approval of samples.
