Residential complex "Andersen Park"

SITUATION:
The customer is preparing to start construction of a new large-scale residential area with a diverse architectural environment. Sales are starting.

TASK:
To show potential buyers the complex urban environment and architecture that will be formed after the implementation of the project.

SOLUTION:
1:300 scale model for a sales office.

We made this large-scale model for 4D Development company in two stages: the first and second stages of the construction of the district. As conceived by the authors of the project, each building had its own unique design. This had to be reflected in the model, but it should not occupy much space.

At the start of work, the first stage of construction had already been designed, and the second did not even have an approved concept. We decided to show the second stage conceptually: luminous translucent volumes of frosted plexiglass.

We ourselves delivered the model to Tyumen and installed it at the customer's sales office.

After about 7 months the second stage started. We took the model from the customer to the main workshop, dismantled the old plexiglass volumes and installed new, realistic ones.

After the reconstruction, we again delivered the model to Tyumen and installed it at the customer's sales office. Periodically, we carry out service maintenance of this model.
